We dropped our car off for service and was told it would be ready in about 2-3 hours. We were not in any particular rush so the window was perfect as we had several errands to run in the area. We received a call 2.5 hours later from Valentina stating our car was ready. At pick up she greeted us warmly and called to have the car pulled up. We waited maybe a few minutes (just enough time to sign the paperwork) and we were on our way. This is the second time we have used the Saturday service and both time Carlos and Valentina have been very accommodating and efficient in their communication. More

Very well taken care of. My M235i was having issues leaking oil, and is still under warranty so I called up BMW and described my issue. An hour later I was in a loaner, and the next day I got a call saying my car was ready to be picked up. They fixed it, did some extra preventative maintenance for me, and washed and cleaned it and had it sitting pretty waiting for me when I arrived. It was quick and efficient and I felt well taken care of my Carlos, my service advisor. I would definitely recommend BMW in Sarasota for any BMW needs. More

He is awesome and I will continue to drive to Sarasota from Tampa as long as I'm treated like I have been for the past 3 1/2 years; like a rock star !! I had to leave the dealership to get replacement license in order to get a loaner. I called back and Carlos was at lunch but the service manager (Jack I believe) told me to come back and they took care of me. I was greeted by the best valet gentlemen and one woman (Jessica I believe). Jessica walked me through the process of getting the loaner and made sure I was comfy until the end. I love this place!
