Personalized Service I called my service advisor, Carlos Munoz, to make an appointment to replace front brake pads. Carlos scheduled me promptly. When checking car, it was I called my service advisor, Carlos Munoz, to make an appointment to replace front brake pads. Carlos scheduled me promptly. When checking car, it was found that the brake pad sensor was rubbing against the rim. The sensor was repaired and brake pads did not need to be replaced at this time. I appreciate the honest service at BMW and having Carlos as my service advisor. He is always courteous, friendly and very professional. More
