Carlos was great! Carlos Munoz is my Service Advisor and was a great help is getting my extended warranty folks to pay for most of my repair. I brought the car in for a Carlos Munoz is my Service Advisor and was a great help is getting my extended warranty folks to pay for most of my repair. I brought the car in for an oil and cabin filter change and it was discovered that I had a valve cover gasket leak as well as an oil pan gasket leak. I got him the info on the extended warranty and the bottom line was that the final cost to me was 1/3 of the total. Great job Carlos and great job by the techs. More
