Car Daycare? I had to bring my car in for regular oil change service. And after just getting my car back after BMW having it for 4.5 weeks they needed it again ove I had to bring my car in for regular oil change service. And after just getting my car back after BMW having it for 4.5 weeks they needed it again over night to reprogram a whole new part and default the car back to factory settings. Although Carlos does an amazing job in getting me taken care it is externally frustrating to own and pay for a BMW, but when BMW needs my car I can’t have a loaner car. Nope I am given a smoked, trashed Chevy....... if I wanted a Chevy I would’ve bought one. I drive a BMW for the safety reason as someone totaled my dodge pickup truck less then 6 months ago. It’s extremely frustrating. More

Excellent service I took my car in to take care of electrical faults. My service advisor Carlos identifies issue that needed attention and managed to complete the rep I took my car in to take care of electrical faults. My service advisor Carlos identifies issue that needed attention and managed to complete the repair in a few short hours.
