Peace of mind! I had an issue with the sensors on my vehicle and it started behaving erratically. I took my car in without an appointment and Carlos reassured me tha I had an issue with the sensors on my vehicle and it started behaving erratically. I took my car in without an appointment and Carlos reassured me that everything would be taken care of. He put me in a rental while they diagnosed the the problem, and they sent me a wonderful video explaining exactly what was wrong. Within a few hours I was back in my vehicle. This whole process gave me such peace of mind and I appreciated knowing that I could feel safe and still not be inconvenienced. More

Recall Everyone at the dealership was very impressed with your performance. I brought in my BMW thats old and has almost 300,000 on it. Plus & minus Calling to set the service appointment was a negative. Ian (I think that’s the name) transferred me 3x and I still couldn’t get to speak to anyone. Th Calling to set the service appointment was a negative. Ian (I think that’s the name) transferred me 3x and I still couldn’t get to speak to anyone. The manager’s vm said that he answers it 2x a day and would get back to me afterward. That’s the message both managers had on vm. When I did get a call back the person blew off my observations. Once I got to the service it was smooth however, the service contact predictably called me at 6:30 pm , maybe later to update the status of the car. Anyway, I guess that’s how it goes these days but you guys are BMW and I just expected more. My fault More
