This AM I went to get a warranty oil change on my 2017 Cadillac only to find out from Carlee that you did not do Cadillac warenty work.She was wonderful I explaining how it works with dealers and had actually contacted my dealer ( Jack Carter) 2 weeks ago to tell them they should not tell any customers that Cadillac warranty work was being done at Davis. She then took the trouble to come out to my car and read the oil change monitoring screen and explained the % and shared with me what you advise your customers in regards to timing of getting oil changes. She was great. Our second car is not under warranty so we will definitely use Davis for servicing. I hope this message gets to management as she deserves a pat on the back. Conrad
