We have purchased multiple vehicles over the years from Carl Anderson at Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh. Most recently we purchased a 2021 Highlander and a 2021 Tacoma. We are both extremely happy with our vehicles and the ease of the transactions. There's no bait and switch here, Carl is totally upfront and honest, which is why I have been trusting him for the past 20+ years. Hopefully it will be at least a few years before we purchase another vehicle, but when we do, we'll head back to Carl at Fred Anderson. Mike Hardy in finance makes the transaction fast and easy. We have started to ask for him when we are getting to that point in our purchase. He gets us in and out quickly. As for the dealership, they are keeping their prices reasonable. I belong to several Toyota forums and many people are saying their dealerships are jacking up the prices on their vehicles by $5,000 or more due to the shortage of new vehicles. Not Fred Anderson Toyota. They know how to keep loyal customers loyal. More
