I am on the fence with this dealership. Everything went pretty smoothly with the car buying process. The mileage listed online for the vehicle we wanted was incorrect. We were told we would receive a disco pretty smoothly with the car buying process. The mileage listed online for the vehicle we wanted was incorrect. We were told we would receive a discount for the mistake because the mileage was about doubled. We did receive a discount but a very small one, in my opinion, not enough to make up for the mileage error. Staff was friendly and helpful. When we went to pick up our new car a few days later, we were told it would be detailed that day. During our ride home and over the next day or 2 I noticed that the inside of the car did not look like it had been detailed at all. Then we found a small chip in the windshield that is the in direct line of sight of the driver. We were not told about this nor did we see it when we did the test drive. We called about it and were told that they had sealed the chip during the detail process, but it was never mentioned to us. I love the car but it was pretty upsetting to find this chip after the fact, I would’ve asked for a much lower price for all of these discrepancies. Not being up front makes me believe they do not care so much for the satisfaction of their customers and it was really disappointing because they do have such a good reputation. I truly was expecting more. More
