I inquired about a vehicle on a Tuesday night around 7pm. Within an hour Butch had responded (quickest time any car dealership had responded to me), answered my questions and set up a time for me to come in Within an hour Butch had responded (quickest time any car dealership had responded to me), answered my questions and set up a time for me to come in the next day to test drive the car. He provided all the information including the Carfax without hesitation and he respected my budget. Butch made my first buying experience from a dealership excellent!! More
