She was very responsive, knowledgeable and so patient with me as we communicated primarily via email - and I had many questions :-). Finance was also a breeze with Bryan as the Finance Manager. Again, I had many questions and he was very knowledgeable and easily explained everything. I apologize, I cannot remember the man/woman's names who delivered our new car, but he kept in constant contact with me throughout his delivery/trip. I would definitely consider purchasing a future Toyota from Ed Martin Toyota and/or recommending friends or family to do the same! More
