Sent them an email and was responded to by Bryan Williams. He was quick to answer our questions and we set up a time to come in. Bryan was great to deal with and we never felt pressured at all. The day we were supposed to pick it up there were some issues with it and I was quite upset that I was unable to take it home with me. Bryan and the rest of their team did everything they possibly could so that I could have it the next day. Bryan followed up with me throughout the day to ensure I was updated on the status and even delivered it directly to my house so that I didn't have to come in and get it.
