I went in looking at options to replace my Explorer and I recently purchased a Lincoln MKX from Courtesy and can honestly say, "Bryan made it happen." I went in looking at options to replace my Explorer and keep payments the same or lower. After a few looks and initial pricing I told Bryan it wasn't going to happen and appreciated the efforts. I got a call back a day later and they had come back with a very good option and "the rest is history", as they say. Bryan and George in the Finance Department were fantastic to work with. Really happy with the MKX and appreciate their efforts. More

Great experience at Courtesy Ford After weeks of shopping at dealerships and online I found an add for a great deal on a lease for an F-150. Sent them an email and was responded to by Bryan Williams. He was quick to answer our questions and we set up a time to come in. Bryan was great to deal with and we never felt pressured at all. This was the same with all the great people we met there, from Matt the finance manager to Luis the sales manager. They were all very down to earth and made the whole process flow so smoothly.
