A very positive experience...!! Sales Rep (Bryan Williams) took the time to listen to what my requirements needed to be (handicap). My experience with Matt Armstrong was also very positive as well. both Bryan and Matt had a very good sense of humour and I enjoyed my interaction with them. Only one negative that applies to the Dealership. I found that the snow/ice was not cleared up very well for access to building, especially with my handicap. With all the young guys I saw, I think a better job could have been done. More

Excellent Dealership Coming from Scarborough and dealing with the same Ford Dealership for ~ 15 years I was a little nervous going to a new Ford Dealer in London. Bryan W Coming from Scarborough and dealing with the same Ford Dealership for ~ 15 years I was a little nervous going to a new Ford Dealer in London. Bryan Williams made me feel very comfortable. He was patient in answering ALL my questions I had on the Ford Edge. There was NO pressure. I found him very truthful. We worked together in finding the right vehicle, at the right price that I wanted. Adel also very friendly, he reviewed and explained all the offers & Ford financing making sure I had no questions. Juan Montoya spent over an hour reviewing all of the vehicles mechanisms making sure I understood everything before I drove away in my new vehicle. I have not experienced the service group but I am sure they will be just as pleasant.
