First of all, why is it taking 4+ hours to get an oil change even with an appointment? And when they call/text that your car is ready to be picked up, and you go to pay, they tell you the paperwork is NO change even with an appointment? And when they call/text that your car is ready to be picked up, and you go to pay, they tell you the paperwork is NOT ready yet and to wait 10 min. After 10 min, tried to pay again and they said still working on the paperwork. About a half hour later was able to pay yet here my car was sitting there the whole time ready to be picked up. Also as I brought my 2017 Toyota Corolla in for an oil change the service writer is trying to upsale me on all these things that need to be done to my car because it had 61k miles on it.I need to change the transmission fluid ($143) and some kind of plates and what not ($300) and also a cabin filter ($60), so now instead of not paying anything for an oil change that was previously paid for I’m paying well over $600 with tax and labor. Oh but he threw in a $50 coupon so that brought my total down below $600. I really believe had my fiancé brought in the car they would not have tried to sell him on all these other things. I have been a loyal toyota customer for over 20 years but after this my next purchase will be a Honda! More

Nightmare 1/11/2019 - Had a 7am appointment, checked in at 6:45am to change and balance 4 tires- no alignment. I’m now sitting here about to cross over int 1/11/2019 - Had a 7am appointment, checked in at 6:45am to change and balance 4 tires- no alignment. I’m now sitting here about to cross over into a 5th hour of waiting on a maximum 2 hour job (I’ve done this on my own at home in 45 minutes) Only explanation I’ve gotten is “the tires weren’t balancing properly”, but obviously they don’t realize that for 2 1/2 hours I stood outside the repair bay and nobody has even approached my car. Needless to say, not a service experience I will be revisiting. More
