My service experience was wonderful, from the moment I arrived at Honda to when my car was finished, Samantha went above and beyond! She made the entire experience so enjoyful, she listened to all my conc arrived at Honda to when my car was finished, Samantha went above and beyond! She made the entire experience so enjoyful, she listened to all my concerns and validated my concerns. She made me feel like a part of the Honda family. While my repair was costly, she kept me up to date and worked diligently to locate a back ordered part in a short amount of time. I've been going to Honda for years and always purchasing new cars through you guys and this experience has been the best yet! She is a huge asset to your dealership and I will not be going to anyone else but her from now on. Thank you so much Samantha and Lehigh Valley Honda for making this the best visit to date. More
