I was at honda vinart lehigh street dealership to get emission and inspection. I also needed to get new key fob since my key was not working properly. To program key it was 180.00 too much. Or else key w emission and inspection. I also needed to get new key fob since my key was not working properly. To program key it was 180.00 too much. Or else key was 129.00. Overall sales experience was very pleasant. Marissa was very kind and understanding. We did everything we could with documents before we visited to expedite the process and it definitely made a Marissa was very kind and understanding. Marisa also called and let us also know a car that matched our desires made it to the dealership so we had first pick. The finance department is where the experience could have improved. Maggie was very friendly up until the point we were in her office and politely declined additional warranty coverage. It was then that her friendly demeanor quickly changed into degrading and berating. We did not want to purchase any additional warranty coverage and understood the risks, but it seemed like once we said no, we were made to feel like idiots. We understand that warranty coverage is beneficial to some, but it is not to us. However, we would have entertained additional details or persuasion if the info was presented in a more friendly format. More
