The service advisor I delt with was Brittany F. She was friendly and professional. Shuttle driver was friendly and on time! FMPP and check of steering Britanny and her supervisor did a great job of having the vehicle FMPP done. But, the big item was the tie rods had been replaced, under warranty, in Britanny and her supervisor did a great job of having the vehicle FMPP done. But, the big item was the tie rods had been replaced, under warranty, in November. The steering did not feel right and the tevhnicians did a great job of addressing the problem. I haven't had a chance to check it on a trip, yet. Everyone was polite and every effort was made to address my concerns. More
