Putrri could not be more accommodating with all of my needs, as I was a victim of the Audi emissions buyback and needed a new reputable diesel vehicle, BMW provided me with a loaner until my new BMW 328d wagon arrived, which I love! Love my BMW 228i, but it doesn't drive worth a crap in the snow, so I headed off to BMW Westlake to get snow tires. As always, service was top-notch. Brittany ordered the tires for me, and arranged for a loaner while they were waiting for them. Took an extra day, in which I had to drive around in a BMW 340. Boo-hoo. As always, service people were friendly and experience very pleasant. Almost made me forget that I'd spent as much on tires as a family of four spends on food for three months. More
