This review is stickily related to the service department. Each time I had an appointment there would be an issue or delay. Recently, I had an appointment to pick up my all season tires and waited department. Each time I had an appointment there would be an issue or delay. Recently, I had an appointment to pick up my all season tires and waited 1.5 hours. I would told they didn't pull the tires out of storage the day before like they said they would. I would not recommend this service department to anyone who values their time. More

Hi I’m Helen. Whitby Toyota is my favourite place to go for oil change and we bought our car there too. First of all it’s so close to my house.
