My overall experience with Brent Brown was fine. The people were helpful but their location was not very wheelchair accessible. However, this location was the only one with the particular RAV4 TRD Off-Road model I wanted so that's why I went there. I didn't work with Brian Boyd. More

I felt like they listened good and weren’t overly pushy. I didn’t like that I had to wait 15+ minutes for my scheduled appointment and had wished I just walked in. Nobody said where to go when I brought my car back or what time. There were no confirmations or reminders of the appointment after I had left. I love the follow through with brent Brown. They don't just sell you a car and peace out. They stay involved to make sure your vehicle continues to run well and has a long life. Brian helped us find the car we were looking for and helped us figure out what would be the best bang for our buck with our needs and wants. He didn't try to push us into anything but instead wanted to make sure we made a smart purchase that we would be happy with for years to come. His primary goal is to have a happy repeat customer and to sell something he really believes in and can stand behind. He was kind, funny, and patient. He even called us a few times afterward to make sure all was well and gave us his cell number in case we need anything. We worked with Andy in financing. He helped us make good choices as far as warranty items he recommends for our driving needs and didn't try to talk us into things he felt would be a waste of money for our specific situation. We had a great experience here and will be back for my husband's vehicle when the time comes. More
