The initial person or young lady was not very friendly. I asked for Brian baker who I was told to ask for after making my three hour drive to the dealership. Worst customer service experience I've had since moving to GA. I had a service contract with Zurich and told that I couldn't use it. Yall made me sit in a waiting room for almost 3 hours and charged me $14 to GA. I had a service contract with Zurich and told that I couldn't use it. She needs to be fired as well for being rude and disrespectful when asked "what do I need to pay for?" And she responds with "idk, but you had service done, go talk to your Advisor" More

Dealer needs another electric and hybrid expert;quality of work is good but quicker response would be appreciated. I asked the person who answered the service phone about whether I should drive (1/2 hour) of work is good but quicker response would be appreciated. I asked the person who answered the service phone about whether I should drive (1/2 hour) or have car towed (coolant temperature had been as high as 123); she consulted another employee, and advised me to get a tow. Had to wait a week before they even looked at the truck. They then took another week to fix it. We paid and got in the vehicle and the problem was still there.
