Very bad. Came in just for a regular service. Ended up having a car that is pulling more to the left. I came twice to fix it. It's the same. Waste of time and Came in just for a regular service. I called Brian about my car issue. He directed me on how to contact Chevrolet for a tow to the service center. He calmed my anxiety about my car issue and assured me it would be fixed. He provided reasonable expectations for the time it would take. He was very communicative when the car reached the shop and was completed. He's the best service advisor! He always recommends my next services and does not push uncomfortably hard if I decline. He's very honest in the service that he provides. More
