My experience at Capital Ford was a very positive one. I had checked out my truck right before going to work for the whole weekend and when I decided to that I would like to purchase I sent my salesman an e had checked out my truck right before going to work for the whole weekend and when I decided to that I would like to purchase I sent my salesman an email while I was at work and he went out and put a sold sign in the windshield that day for me just so no one would steal it off my hands while I was at work and unable to come in. I am very happy with my experience. Brett had the truck I wanted already brought up to the front of the building. We looked at it and I fell in love with it! The service we received was really good. We were referred to a salesman and he was very attentive to our needs. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was our vehicle was supposed to be detailed b to a salesman and he was very attentive to our needs. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was our vehicle was supposed to be detailed before we picked it up and it was cleaner than it was when we took it out for a test drive but it was as clean as we thought it should have been. In addition, there were a few dings on the vehicle that weren't visible when we took it out for a test drive because of the dirt on the vehicle and we weren't made aware of them before our purchase. All in all, our experience was good. The price was good and the service was accommodating. We would definitely recommend this dealership. More
