I started my search for a new vehicle at Capital Ford Lincoln because of the great customer service I had already received from Darcy Prokopetz and the other service staff. I walked in on Thursday evening with a pretty vague description of what I was looking for (price, and must have air conditioning were pretty well the only two criteria I gave Brett Holloway!). By 2:00 pm Saturday I drove away with exactly what I was looking for. Brett was extremely personable and asked questions to find out what I really wanted. He focused his attention on me and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way: from introducing me to Blayne Morrow (the Sales Manager) ahead of time so I would know who he was when he entered to process, to confirming that I had received all the necessary information from the "finance guy" (I'm sorry, I forget his name). Brett and all of the staff I ran into at Capital Ford Lincoln were very friendly and I felt like I was dealing with family. I am 100% satisfied with the both the service I received and the vehicle I purchased. I will definitely return for my next purchase and highly recommend Capital Ford Lincoln. THANK YOU!!! More

We just brought home our brand new 2014 Ford F-150 xlt 4x4! OMG I love it!! The service we received from our salesman was top notch~he explained everything and answered all of our questions. I think he went above and beyond what is expected and didn't just treat us like another customer but took the time to treat us like he really appreciated us coming to see him!! He went thru all the details of the truck and showed us all we needed, took us over to get it registered and made sure we were totally satisfied before we left! The finance team was amazing!! I can't say enough of how pleased I was when we were approved and actually for the first time had all the details explained to us and he made sure we knew what was needed or not needed~~I think he went out of his way to get this deal done and made it very personal for him, which I think is just awesome!! I called Capital Ford on Feb 6/14 to see if I could make a deal on a 2013 Ford Eco-Boost F-150. I was put in touch with Blayne Morrow,to which I gave the information of what type of truck I wanted and where a deal on a 2013 Ford Eco-Boost F-150. He called me back about an hour later to let me know he had the truck I wanted and that financing was a go. I drove up to Regina and met with Blayne and Brett Holloway.Brett then showed me the truck ,set up my cell phone and went through the truck with me showing me the options and how to use them. Martin Kaytor explained the financing and got everything signed up. When given the keys to my new truck,Brett had filled it up with fuel and graciously helped me transfer my tool box from my old truck to the new one. Over all I had a great experience with the people that helped me get into my new F-150 truck. More

He didn't try to pressure me and he was willing to answer any questions I had. The car was not equipped as I wanted and Brett was able to make changes to it to make the sale. Doing up the paperwork with Jilles was simple and quick. My experience buying a car from Capital Ford was great. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
