Not sure how many vehicles my friends, family and I have purchased here, but every deal was handled professionally and in a timely manner. I have been treated with great respect and everyone of their service departments are very professional and try to satisfy your needs as quickly as possible. I've tried other dealers, but they do not hold a candle as to how I get treated here at GP Chrysler. THANK YOU GP CHRYSLER. Your a top notch dealer. More

Communication is key for any dealers success I am updating this review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Let me lay out how I feel things went with 2 recent service experiences at Grande Prairie Chrysle I am updating this review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Let me lay out how I feel things went with 2 recent service experiences at Grande Prairie Chrysler. I brought in my 2015 Ram 1500 for a service issue that was warranty covered, but the service department couldn't find my Gold plan extended warranty on my truck and told me I would have to pay. after I called the sales person that sold me the truck and was re-assured that I did have warranty, I went back and they agreed that they must have put the information in wrong and that the part was covered. The second time, a week later, I brought in my husbands 2016 Ram 3500 for a power window issue. Again I was told that warranty was out, as it had 63000kms on it, but this vehicle also had an extended warranty on it. Since my last experience I felt I was being charged for something I didn't have to pay for, you can imagine my apprehension after the week before ordeal. I was frustrated and contacted my sales consultant on the matter and was informed that Chrysler would ultimately make the call on what is covered or not, but assured that I had an extended warranty on this truck as well. To my disappointment, Chrysler warranty did not cover the part that needing replacing, but Grande Prairie Chrysler did the repair of $78ish without charging me. That I am thankful for. What I was disappointed in was the communication and what transpired after that. I received a call from Brent Bohnen and it did NOT go well, it started out as an attack. I was told I should service my vehicle where I purchased it, over 1000kms away! I only purchase vehicles there to support my family, but I live here and service my vehicles well to maintain factory warranty. It wasn't until a few days after I left my original review did I receive a call from Wes Kaban, who took the time to listen to my concerns and apologize for the experience I had. Wes should train the rest of his staff on how to treat clients, as I feel he is the only one that truly cared how his business was operating. His phone call and how he handled the situation is why this review is being changed from a 1 star to a 4 star. His staff needs to take pointers from him on how to properly handle clients. More

Very negative experience My previous service appoint at GP Chrysler was very disappointing. I've had work done here before when I had transmission issues on my 2017 Jeep wrang My previous service appoint at GP Chrysler was very disappointing. I've had work done here before when I had transmission issues on my 2017 Jeep wrangler, My vehicle would slip out of reverse due to a popular transmission defect, This issue took approximately 2 and a half months to fix due to not having all the proper parts when the vehicle was dissembled. I was as kind and polite as I could be, patiently awaiting my vehicle's return, I intended on making GP Chrysler my "go to garage", So After my transmission appointment I had a Out Of Province inspection preformed to get my vehicle switched to Alberta and ensure everything was in good condition. Approximately 1500km later I loose my front differential to a pinion seal leak, when i pulled over after hearing the binding and grinding noises I noticed it leaking and immediately got a friend of mine to drive me to a local auto parts store to purchase some oil to fill the diff and limp my vehicle to GP Chrysler. I made my appointment to have it inspected and this is where it went downhill.... I was charged 200$ for an inspection where the vehicle was put on the ramp and bairly looked at, not inspected, no drain plugs were removed, no diff covers removed to ensure what the issue was, and then promptly blamed for the issue. I was told that i smacked the front differential housing and that caused the differential to leak out. What the tech was seeing was a little overflow from where I refilled the diff in a effort to get it back to the shop. I know for certain that is not the case, I even offered to drive the vehicle around the block a few times and prove to them that it wasn't leaking from the area they assumed, which i was denied the opportunity of doing. I got in touch with the service manager(When i asked to speak to the manager they had took my vehicle without me knowing and put it back on the ramp to take out the drain plug and do what should have been done in the first place) who repeatedly tried to twist the truth and convince me that it was my fault when I know it wasn't, He told me that differentials take on dirt and water (even when functioning properly) if you use them in such conditions, he told me I need a much more vigorous maintenance schedule if i'm going to off-road (I just had a full inspection 1500km ago) In an effort to resolve the issue I contacted Chrysler Canada and had them take both sides of the story, The service manager told Chrysler that the differential was ran "bone dry"(which is not the case, I added 750ml into a deferential that should take 1.5l), He also told them that there was mud and water in my differential.( It couldn't possibly enter the housing through the area they specified, as there is no leak), and that all damages were caused by me. To ensure I was not mistaken myself I brought my Jeep to another mechanic who told me it was impossible that any of the minor dings in my differential could cause the leak and that if it did all the oil would of drained out. I was given a quote of 3000$ to rebuild my front axle (the quote includes a steering stabilizer that I did damage) to rebuild something that the wasn't functioning properly in the first place. Seals are covered under a manufactures warranty and considering i just had a inspection done I cant see why they can deny me this service, I did my part to ensure my vehicle was up to standards and it frustrates me to be treated this way. I'm Afraid i cannot recommend this dealership to anyone when there is this much trouble in getting something done, and done right. More

Time wasters - don't care about quality of work Worst service department I've been to. Had to constantly bring my Jeep back again and again, 4 tries to fix passenger heating, 2 tries to fix a piece Worst service department I've been to. Had to constantly bring my Jeep back again and again, 4 tries to fix passenger heating, 2 tries to fix a piece of trim that fell off the wheel well, and they ended up causing a glitch last time that turned off a feature that shuts the vehicle down at intersections. Constantly chasing them around and when I called all he could say to my frustrations was "excuse me". Dealership was great outside the service department but this totally killed it for us. We're busy like everyone else and they couldn't even scramble up an apology for wasting our time over 4 or 5 service appointments (after the appointments we still have to make to fix the last set of problems!) also no email returned after first complaint. Such a great guy and I would definitely buy from him again but unfortunately it looks like I will not be doing business with this dealership anymore. Since I got my truck which is still under factory warranty for another year and a half plus I bought 5-year gold package warranty. And in the first two or three months I've spent more I'm fixing small things then I have in payments on the actual truck. Twice I went into the dealership and they didn't even have the parts to fix my truck. Said they cannot order them. Their words not mine. Last time I was in they had to replace an air conditioner part which was quite expensive and when I got the truck back my bumper was covered in antifreeze. And for about 2 days my air conditioning smells like a wet dog. Also they charge me to check my heated and air conditioning seats which only seem to work whenever they feel like it. But according to dodge their well within spec. They did not charge me the first time. But they charged me the second time even though my service advisor told me it was under warranty and if it's an intermittent problem to have it checked every time I come in as it's under warranty and I will not be charged. They gave me some lame excuse and offered me a free truck wash to solve my problems. I thought I would do better than that then make sure I advertise all over social media and make sure they never get another nickel from me again. I'm hoping that they want to resolve this but it's been about a week and a half or so and I had to email them three times just to get a response from them More
