After going to a certain dealership north of Palmer Dodge, I decided to give them a try. The other dealership wanted to play games and I just wanted a straight answer that was clear and a buyers order Dodge, I decided to give them a try. He, along with Brandon and Thomas did everything to get my deal complete. I ended up buying two ram pickups and could not be happier with the complete service that I got from this dealership. More

The NIGHTMARE began (2) WEEKS after I purchased my "certified" used Jeep. It rained and the roof leaked on the side (as I sat in it). The onboard computer failed and did not respond to the key fab, c "certified" used Jeep. It rained and the roof leaked on the side (as I sat in it). The onboard computer failed and did not respond to the key fab, causing a constant loud alarm to sound. The Jeep would not start and had to be towed (50+) miles. The alternate battery malfunctioned and had to be replaced. This symphony of errors caused anger, anxiety, loss of multiple days work and precious time. NEED I SAY MORE ? The Good News: They replaced the alternate battery and completed the repairs ...(thank God I purchased the warranty beforehand). We will see what happens. More

They were knowledgeable about the vehicles, quick with communication, and made sure everything was handled efficiently during financing and delivery. The dealership was clean, organized, and had a great selection of inventory. If you’re looking for a dealership that values your time, treats you with respect, and goes the extra mile to make sure you leave happy, I highly recommend Palmer Dodge.
