Communication regarding the status of my vehicle was poor
on the third day it was at Niello. The car was supposed to be done that day. When I called to see what time it would be done, the call was sent to vo

I finally had to text for an update. When I later texted instead to request a Lyft ride, the response and update were very delayed. I had a busy afternoon and didn’t have time to wait around. Also, Niello offered to wash my car, but they did not. It was filthy when my husband picked it up.
