I must say Brandon made me feel at ease when I was nervous about purchasing a car. He explained the process in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. Jeremy, also helped in the financial aspect which honestly, at times I felt that having the keys in my hands was premature and something would go wrong. But Brandon and Jeremy were very optimistic and calmed me down when I wanted to pull my hair out. I had been looking for a car all week where some places they sold the cars before I arrived or the cars were damaged. Not from Crest Volvo. Their pictures were exactly how pictures should be to showcase their vehicles. I greatly appreciate Brandon for keeping in contact with me through all the concerns and questions I had.
