I'm Branden, born and raised right here in Grande Prairie! With 11 years experience in customer care prior to starting at Nissan, I understand the importance of customer satisfaction. I'm excited to help bring a positive experience to everyone who walks into our door. I like to keep on top of my health and fitness, because I can get a new car but I can't get a new body! Cooking is a passion/hobby I picked up during lockdown. My family and friends are my world, and I spend as much time as I can with the people I love. Despite being from across province and enquiring about a vehicle electronically, the dealership experts ended every courtesy by setting me up with Branden who sent detailed videos, pictures, and answering vehicle electronically, the dealership experts ended every courtesy by setting me up with Branden who sent detailed videos, pictures, and answering my many questions quickly. Branden was exceptional. Calling, texting and emailing to make sure my every question was answered and even coordinating a pick up at the airport as I would have had to fly in to pick up the truck. His personable nature and professionalism gained my trust and helped me feel confident with a sight unseen purchase. Unfortunately, life happened and I was unable to close the deal. But that didn’t diminish Branden’s support, unwinding the deal and ensuring my deposit was returned the same day. He made me feel like a priority even through the close out process. I would recommend Branden to anyone looking to buy from GP Nissan. Hands down, best sales experience I’ve ever had. More
