Thankfully, he spent the time with me to test drive some vehicles and was patient as I decided which one was the right one. Over the next several days Bobby's follow-up was responsive and respectful as he was there to help me with any questions I had and finally negotiate the terms of the deal. On pick-up, everything went smoothly. I could not be happier with the service I received from both he and Adrian throughout the process and would recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Great purchase experience with Bobby We found our X5 on Auto trader, called Parkview and got Bobby M on the phone. We met with him the following week to take a look at the car. He remembered our phone call, booked and appointment and was ready when we got there. The car was out front and waiting for us to examine. He left us alone to test drive and discuss and when WE were ready answered all our questions. There was no upselling or promises made that he couldn't keep. He explained up front what he could and couldn't do for us to help close the sale. Once we made the decision and signed the deal he introduced the Finance guy but he never forgot about us. If we had additional questions he addressed them promptly either by a phone call or email. When he discovered there was a windshield issue after the car was cleaned up he notified us that pick up would be delayed as that needed to be replaced. We were disappointed but understood he couldn't let the car go in that condition. On pick up day I walked right by the detailed car (including a giant bow on the hood) I didn't even recognize it as the car we test drove the week before. Colin was patient explaining the many options to us before we drove away. We are very pleased with our purchase and love the attention from Bobby. He is not a typical car salesman. He listened to our needs and didn't make promises he couldn't keep. Even though we live clear across the city I would certainly contact Bobby when it comes time to purchase our next BMW. More
