Bobby Emmrich was the Agent who took care of me with my new purchase. I don’t like using the term “salesman” as that term has gotten a bad reputation in the automotive industry. The term salesman most people think scammers, taking advantage of people, ripping people off exc…! Well I know for a fact Rivard Buick GMC of Tampa is nothing but the best. Now for the agent Bobby Emmrich who helped me was friendly, straightforward with no xx, but more importantly he listened to what I wanted and his communication skills are on point. Not once did he ever get impatient with me or try and steer me in a different direction than what I had my mind set on. I hope the dealership sees his value as a representative for the company. His people skills are what you want, he follows up quick and efficiently, he’s literally there to make people’s dreams come true. He made mine come true and can’t thank him enough for working with me. PS: Thank you for answering my questions even when you weren’t at work! More

I love the car and the salesman was okay. I only got one key not happy about that since it will cost me almost $400 to get one. I also was not given tge code to unlock doors without a ke I only got one key not happy about that since it will cost me almost $400 to get one. I feel that these things should be have been tsken care of by the dealership for me when I purchased the car and paid in full for it. More

We came to the dealership and met Bobby and he accommodated us in all the vehicles we wanted to test drive and we made a decision on a Buick and the deal went smoothly.
