Bobby Emmrich was the Agent who took care of me with my new purchase. I don’t like using the term “salesman” as that term has gotten a bad reputation in the automotive industry. The term salesman most people think scammers, taking advantage of people, ripping people off exc…! Well I know for a fact Rivard Buick GMC of Tampa is nothing but the best. Now for the agent Bobby Emmrich who helped me was friendly, straightforward with no xx, but more importantly he listened to what I wanted and his communication skills are on point. Not once did he ever get impatient with me or try and steer me in a different direction than what I had my mind set on. I hope the dealership sees his value as a representative for the company. His people skills are what you want, he follows up quick and efficiently, he’s literally there to make people’s dreams come true.
