I feel that I received a reasonably good deal on the trade in for my car on my new Subaru. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision to buy a new car and the options on the new car were explained in a cl trade in for my car on my new Subaru. Fantastic experience! Blake kept me updated via text about the Crosstrek I was interested in. No pressure, we toured the facility while Tim ran the finance options. The vehicle inspection phase was thorough, and NO "high-pressure" for services we did not need or desire. Very satisfied as a long-time patron of Subaru of Gwinnett. BTW...purchased a new 2023 Forester Limited the following week - Blake Henley was great to work with! More

Always a great experience. This time, in addition to my regular maintenance work, I had requested my service person to have someone look at some damage on my left quarter pane This time, in addition to my regular maintenance work, I had requested my service person to have someone look at some damage on my left quarter panel which was done on a parking lot by a hit and run. The service tech later told me that their service person who does this kind of work was not in but he took a picture and have someone get in touch with me. To date, I have had no contact!
