My experience -Bought a used car from them, which was a trade in prior. With temperature fluctuations, I came out of work to see a flat tire. Turns out the valve stem was corroded. This was two weeks after trade in prior. With temperature fluctuations, I came out of work to see a flat tire. Turns out the valve stem was corroded. This was two weeks after the sale. Blake stated that this was not covered under the plan I selected. I said some things I regret. Yet they were gracious enough to replace the Valve stem and tire sensor free of charge. They do value their customers. More

Correction. Blake was the salesman. He was top notch. It was someone inside, who I disagreed with, and said some disrespectful stuff to. They maintained professionalism throughout it all.
