We drove over to Frankfort, KY because this dealership had the specific color Toyota Rav that I wanted. Billy was my salesperson and he was extremely nice to work with & didn't rush me thru any of the pa had the specific color Toyota Rav that I wanted. Billy was my salesperson and he was extremely nice to work with & didn't rush me thru any of the paperwork. He made sure the SUV was cleaned up spick & span and walked us thru all the features of the new model. My Rav4 is the perfect vehicle for me & would be happy to go back to Frankfort Toyota for their service in the future. More

Another dealership I visited was rude and acted like I didn't matter. From the time I got out of my car I was greeted with a welcoming tone. The young man outside assisted me to my salesperson. My salespe didn't matter. From the time I got out of my car I was greeted with a welcoming tone. The young man outside assisted me to my salesperson.
