He completely answered every question so that there were no "surprises" on the date of purchase. The Finance Manager, Dana Arnold, almost literally "put the cards on the table" with computer technology explaining my options prior to completing the financing. I've purchased a substantial number of automobiles over the last fifty years, and, without a doubt, this is the most pleasant experience I have ever had.
