As soon as we walked up Bill was there to greet us, right away I could tell he was a good gu My wife, kids, and I went to look at a car we saw online. As soon as we walked up Bill was there to greet us, right away I could tell he was a good guy. Didn't go right after us about the car and how he could get us into it. He just talked to us about today, yesterday and our life. He was very good with our kids, a 3 year old and a 1 year old so you can imagine they get bored at a dealership, but he continued to show them attention when they seemed a little bored. He made the process of buying a new car painless and work with us to make it possible. I would recommend going to Elkins Chevy, but I would highly recommend going to Elkins to see Bill Wiler, I will continue to go there as long as he is working there. More

An Exceedingly Pleasant Experience I had been searching for a used car for some time and I was recently turn off by the strong arm tactics by another Chevy dealer that I won't name , bu I had been searching for a used car for some time and I was recently turn off by the strong arm tactics by another Chevy dealer that I won't name , but I will say they are near a Mall. Bill was excellent to deal with and he was not offended when I mentioned that I wanted to try another car brand before making my purchase decision. I came back later that day and completed the sale and was out the door in certified pre-owned Chevy that was sold to me at a more than a fair price. The perks of the vehicle being certified per-owned was icing on the cake. More

Excellent Purchase Transaction I searched the Internet for a used C7 (2014 or newer) Corvette. I was looking for very specific options and only two color combinations were considere I searched the Internet for a used C7 (2014 or newer) Corvette. I was looking for very specific options and only two color combinations were considered. I was expecting some compromise on my choices considering the large number of color and option combinations and the scarcity of some of the options that I was looking for. Fortunately I found the car that met all of my specifications at Elkins Chevrolet. The personnel at the dealership went out of their way to make this an outstanding transaction. This was an interstate transaction that required a level of trust to put a deposit on a car sight unseen. Adam provided correct information on the options and condition of the car (nearly flawless). Bill picked me up at the airport and both had all the right paperwork ready to go as they made sure they got all the information they needed from me before I flew in to complete the transaction. Additionally, Mike is very knowledgeable about the technical features of the car (which has far more than I've experienced in a car) and took the time to show me enough of them to get me going and to answer all my questions. Additionally, Bill provided me with information on how to detail the exterior of the car as he is an expert in this area. More
