I know this as we do our homework, check surrounding deals at other dealerships. We check the Internet and research the vehicles as well. Pound for pound no one can come close to Elkins. This time around we had the pleasure of meeting Todd Hersh/Salesman, for the first time. Again, I see why we go to Elkins. He was kind courteous and one of the most professional sales people I've ever met. Todd made us feel right at home. To my surprise, Bill, Bob and the rest of the sales team quickly put my worries aside and went above and beyond in assisting me with the purchase of my new to me Silverado. Couldn't be any more happy with my experience and my vehicle. After being turned down numerous times by other dealerships, Bill was very patient in allowing me to make a dream come true. If there was any very minor negative it had to do with the time crunch to get through the purchase of my wonderful new diesel Colorado truck. Given my finite available I drove out with several questions unanswered so I'm not yet a full-fledged Colorado expert. The good news, the guys will be there to fill in the unfilled gaps in my knowledge and I will go back because the experience could become addictive. The beauty of the experience was that these guys are real and truly seem to enjoy their work which really rubbed off on me. 9.99 out of 10 ... honest! More
