We enjoyed the test drive, and were pleased with how many features even just our base model comes with. He explained everything to us in terms we could understand and made sure to take care of all the little "extras" that we asked for, even having someone fill our tank and put on our new license plates! Derek really gives you personal, high-quality service, going so far as to provide us with his personal cell number to call if we ever have any problems whatsoever while we own the vehicle. We have never encountered this type of down-to-earth, unprententious service from any dealerships in the past. We ordered the Diamond -Kote treatment to our car and it was done in a very timely manner. The sales managers took the time to introduce themselves to us (they even remembered our names when we came back to pick the car up) and the entire staff has a very pleasant family-vibe to it. We were happy with the price negotations and found them to be fair and reasonable. I have already recommended members of my family to go to see Derek for any of their automotive needs and would be happy to purchase any of our future vehicles from him. More
