Always a pleasure This is our fourth vehicle purchase through WRT and we've always had a great experience with everyone involved before, during and after the sale. This This is our fourth vehicle purchase through WRT and we've always had a great experience with everyone involved before, during and after the sale. This time our salesperson, (as our usual "go-to" salesperson, Bill, had been promoted since our last visit) was Kasia and she was very friendly, helpful and attentive. This was our first time leasing and had many questions. She was able to answer them like a pro and wasn't afraid to ask her sales manager (our old friend, Bill) if there was something she wasn't sure about to make sure we had the correct answers. Chris Hatch in finance took very good care of us to explain the different features and plans and was able to keep our payment in our budget. So far, we are loving our new RAV 4. Thanks again! More
