I had been considering a new car for a few months but was worried I was upside down on my current loan. I visited another dealer's website and they valued my trade and gave me a rate that was as much as my mortgage. Ugh. I asked several people a out their cars and they recommended White River. I arrived at the dealership Saturday at 3 and met Marty. He showed me the inventory and explained everything. He and the staff stayed late to prep my car, value mine, and run all the numbers. I drove away in my new Rav4 and a reasonable payment! Highly recommend! They worked with me and did everything they could to make the deal work and it was WAY after they closed, just so I could drive that beauty home!! More

I got a phone call from Marty and then one from Bill asking for some addition info on my trade in. I set up an appointment with Marty, but after his prior appointment ran over, he explained everything to me and asked if I would be willing to work with Alexis. After meeting Alexis, I immediately felt comfortable. She made the whole process so quick and easy. I left my first appointment with a lot to think about and she gave me her cell number and told me to keep in touch with whatever I decided to do. There were no annoying/hounding calls or texts from anybody, which I truly appreciated. After a week, I finally made my decision and set up another appointment with Alexis. After walking through the door for the second time, I decided right then and there that I will never do business anyplace other than White River Toyota! Everybody that I came in contact with during this buying process was courteous, polite and overall made me feel like I wasn’t just another sale, but a very valued customer. Alexis was amazing throughout the whole process and I would recommend ANYBODY to contact her or any other employee here. They truly are the best dealership around. More
