Bill Severance was promoted to Sales Manager from a Sales and Leasing Consultant in June 2016. Bill Severance joined White River Toyota in May of 2013. When he is not in the showroom, he enjoys spending time with his wife Ana Paula and three boys Dylan, Nathan and, Ethan. Bill spent seventeen years in the restaurant and hospitality industry before joining the team. He attributes his ability to go above and beyond the call of duty for each his clients to spending so much time in a business that is so heavily effected by the customer experience. Best car purchasing experience to date! Since moving to the Upper Valley a couple of years ago, we've anticipated adding a car to round out the needs of our family. We've also serviced our 2007 Camry at the WRJ dealership and have been pleased with the service there. Because my husband is about to give up a Tacoma he has had use of at work for several years and we loved that vehicle, we were torn between another Toyota truck and a smaller, cushier SUV. Bill Severance patiently took us through the pros of both the 4-Runner and the Venza, our favored choices, without ever pressuring us in any one direction, just effectively answering all our questions, pointing out features, and letting us come to our own conclusions at a pace that worked for us. In the end it was clear that we'd be driving a beautiful new Venza home--Bill even arranged his own life around enabling us to stay past closing, wanting very much to ensure that our excellent service did not have to extend out past the weekend. Bill is one of the kindest, most pleasant and sincere folks you'll ever encounter in any field, with a great handle on the vehicles he is selling. I was really glad to discover that we are all based in Woodstock and am so pleased to get to know this wonderful neighbor. More

In my case, several staff waved, welcomed me, and I was quickly connected to our favorite sales person Bill Severance. I was able to work with John Elliot, Kevin Doyle along the way as well. Every interaction was cordial. They responded to my questions quickly, and were very sincere. I never felt like a customer being sold a car, but instead like my friends were merely meeting my auto needs. I came into the store looking for a car for my son, and left with a great trade of my own car. Bill hung in and contacted me once a week for several weeks updating me on cars entering their lot. The first few were not a match, but Bill kept diligently searching and eventually directed me to a great car that literally was on the lift getting the Trademark - White River Toyota Used Car certification. I picked up my shiny used car a week later, Bill even shined the car as I waited, and helped address every question I had. Some places say they go the "extra mile," but White River Toyota went much further... I have been having my old Toyota serviced here for over 10 years. Now, I just traded it in for a new Camry SE. I must say that the deciding factor was the friendliness of two reps, Jason Kelly and Bill Severance, who quickly answered my many questions and always with the upmost professionalism and friendliness. I have been in the dark about all the new advances Toyota has made to their cars since it has been 10 years since my last new Toyota. Bill and Jason were very patient with me explaining the new features on my new technically fully loaded car. I will probably have some more questions and I am confident they will happily answer those. Thanks guys! More
