Richie, Ben, and Bri made the car buying process beyond easy and stress-free. I found exactly what I wanted and they helped me to purchase it. The process was no more than an hour and a half long and I was easy and stress-free. I found exactly what I wanted and they helped me to purchase it. The process was no more than an hour and a half long and I was busy test-driving, changing my insurance to the new car, and ultimately completely the sales paperwork that the time flew by. I absolutely love my new car and would recommend anyone looking for a new car to check out Hartford Toyota. They made buying a car a pleasant process, were open and honest, and and explained everything in terms that made sense. Thank you again for all of your help. More

Ben Root made my first car purchase an easy, no stress experience. He was so nice, patient, & answered all of my questions & concerns. I also really appreciated him going over the whole car with me when I experience. He was so nice, patient, & answered all of my questions & concerns. I also really appreciated him going over the whole car with me when I picked it up! It really helped me to feel informed & comfortable driving it off the lot (having seriously upgraded from a 22yo car). Bri was awesome too! She was so patient and helpful. She was able to get me down to a more reasonable APR/price & explained all of the fees, package deals, and paperwork. Just an overall great experience from the test drive, to purchasing and driving it home! They are a great team! I would definitely recommend Ben, and Bri specifically as sales people, & the Hartford Toyota Superstore dealership, to others! More
