Accomodating Experience My wife and I were in the market for a Venza. Leased 2016 Toyota Rave 4 This was our first time leasing a new vehicle, we were greeted by Baz Afara, he showed as a 2016 Rave 4 model, let us take it out for a test ride. he This was our first time leasing a new vehicle, we were greeted by Baz Afara, he showed as a 2016 Rave 4 model, let us take it out for a test ride. he spent quality time with us explaining the difference between owning or leasing a vehicle, showing cost comparisons, leaving the decision to us. We opted for leasing. Baz and the financial advisor Janine went through all the items with us, even working past closing time to ensure customer satisfaction. At time of vehicle pickup, Baz showed us how everything works in the vehicle, when to make regular service appointments and answered any and all questions we had.
