Bought a new car. Tried to trade in my old car worth $7k on UVIP package. They offered $2k with limited justification with the attitude of take it or leave it. They delivered my car without all purchased accessories and no one told me about this on delivery. Whole buying process will make you go through so many people. This is my first Toyota purchase from this dealership which came recommended by a family friend and the service I must say was excellent. Bandula Dissanayake was the product advisor who assisted me in which came recommended by a family friend and the service I must say was excellent. Bandula Dissanayake was the product advisor who assisted me in getting this car despite being told that there would be a 10 month wait. I was going with a used car but was able to switch to a new car which became available. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in answering all my questions and there were many. I felt I was treated the way he would treat his mother. He corresponded with the Insurance person by text/fax/phone to get the information so that the car could be delivered the same day. I would recommend this dealership to others. Will was also very helpful in showing all the features of the car. More

They lack communication skills in the sales department. The Service group was good. The sales department seem to be box checkers. Bandula was our product advisor and I found him too quick to talk over u The Service group was good. The sales department seem to be box checkers. Bandula was our product advisor and I found him too quick to talk over us and not listen to what we asked for. Keith Kelly was pushy and even after declining the extra warranty stuff we were asked repeatedly and told that he knew his product was a good idea, he only needed permission to put it on. When I told him that I was happy with my insurance he said "you may want to check that" I did. I tried to get communication to set up a running board install and was pretty much dismissed until I asked what it was going to take to cancel the order. Then, 2 minutes later got a response. Amanda in Service was excellent. She helped get our running boards installed timely and professionally. I won't be going back to this dealer for anything but possibly service. Second new vehicle I bought from there, next one will be another Toyota dealer. More
