I inquired about a car on Auto Trader the night before. The next morning Brandon from Brandon Hyundai called me about the 2017 Chevy Cruze that I was inquiring about. I explained to him about my situation The next morning Brandon from Brandon Hyundai called me about the 2017 Chevy Cruze that I was inquiring about. I explained to him about my situation and my bad experience with Ferman Chevrolet the day before. When I arrived to Brandon Hyundai that day, I was greeted immediately and they got Brandon for me. We sat and talked about the car and then talked about pricing and came up with a fair cash out the door price that we all agreed on. We were originally told that it came with a warranty but after all the paperwork was signed that it does not come with the power train warranty because its over the mileage. It would have been nice if they could have given at least a 3 month warranty or even 30 days but it is what it is. I am still very happy with the purchase. More

The buying experience was good, sales. was very responsive I was able to do most of my deal over the phone. Finance was very pushy on their products and way more expensive. Nelson, I’ve bought the car though any correspondence Issues I may have has slown down significantly(The subscription that was included with the purchase of my car I have still don’t have access to) More

Never did I think I would call a car purchase pleasant or easy but that is how it went at Brandon Hyundai! Melissa, from internet sales, provided helpful information and connected us with a salesperson. She easy but that is how it went at Brandon Hyundai! Melissa, from internet sales, provided helpful information and connected us with a salesperson. She was friendly and helpful. Our salesperson, Brandon, was terrific! He was friendly, honest and knowledgable and made the process easy. We immediately connected with him and felt we could trust him.. Finally, Troy, in the finance department, completed the process efficiently. Soon after I left with my new car, I received a text saying I left my sunglasses. Melissa came to the rescue. She arranged for me to meet her close to my home to get the glasses. Amazing! I had been looking for a specific car for quite awhile and had some horrendous experiences with other dealerships. This experience was quite the opposite! Both my husband and I were very happy with the process and we love our new car! I would definitely return to Brandon Hyundai and have already shared our great experience with friends! More

This is our second car from this dealer in 4 years. There were a couple small issues early on that got sorted out quickly. Very happy with this dealership.
