The Audi dealer wanted significant dollars for repair. Based on previous used car dealer experiences, I was not optimistic. However, I emailed Avi. Having asked about warranty, I knew this should be covered. Surprisingly, the expected resistance from Toronto Auto Brokers never materialized. Avi inquired by email what was happening, when I could bring the car in and whether I could leave it with him. The day after drop-off, there was a new message - ready for pickup. Avi had the car sitting out front - and freshly washed. There was no bill to pay - no muss, no fuss - just courteous effective service! Clearly, Avi and Toronto Auto Brokers exceeded my expectations. Next time we need a used car, we will definitely touch base with Avi! More
