Great Experience I just bought a new vehicle from Phillips Auto Group of Bradley, Inc. My sales person was Austin Hernandez. I was very pleased with the whole experi I just bought a new vehicle from Phillips Auto Group of Bradley, Inc. My sales person was Austin Hernandez. I was very pleased with the whole experience. There was no pressure from any of the people I dealt with, and the purchase went very smoothly. I did not feel as though I was dealing with typical car salesmen. I would recommend Austin Hernandez and the rest of the sales people at this dealer. More

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Wednesday of August 14th I experienced the best car buying experience I’ve had. Robin, Austin and Wayne are true professionals and committed to their Wednesday of August 14th I experienced the best car buying experience I’ve had. Robin, Austin and Wayne are true professionals and committed to their job. They earned my trust and respect immediately. There was no doubt in my mind that these guys were just trying to make a sale, all of them are very cool dudes and went over everything thoroughly with me. The time I was in there was less than an hour and I left confident knowing that they took care of me. I was blown away how real they were with me and didn’t give me the cheesy salesman pitch I was so used to. After this experience I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in a vehicle to give these guys a call knowing that they will go over numerous options with you till you are completely satisfied. No pressure was felt when I walked in there and will definitely plan to keep my business at Phillips Chevy, Hyundai & RV in Bourbonnais/Bradley. 12/10 More
