Austin was great to work with. He called me back when he said he would. Ordered the truck I wanted not one that was almost like what I wanted but a different color. We also found our sales agent Mr. Au We are very pleased with the purchase of our vehicle from Phillips Auto Group of Bradley, Inc. in September 2019. We also found our sales agent Mr. Austin Hernandez to be both very knowledgeable about our vehicle and straight forward in answering all our questions and in our follow up with him after the purchase of the car. Buying my Hyundai Sonata This dealership was great! Austin, the salesman that helped me was excellent. I had been in an accident that totaled my car, and was not really ready This dealership was great! Austin, the salesman that helped me was excellent. I had been in an accident that totaled my car, and was not really ready to tackle looking and figuring out a new one! Austin was the perfect person to help me. He was not at all pushy, answered all of my questions, and when I found a Sonata that caught my eye, I never felt like we were playing games. He seemed honest and forthright, in fact the whole dealership was that way. Wayne in finance was great as well. He explained everything and got me through the process quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend Phillips Auto Group to my friends. More
