I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve always been happy with the service. They replaced any part that broke during any service for free and they were very honest about it, which is unusual for a repa happy with the service. My 2012 Outback had a fuel smell after driving for a bit. Technician discovered a mouse nest on top of the gas tank and rubber hoses were being used for nest materials. Since the car was going to be in the Technician discovered a mouse nest on top of the gas tank and rubber hoses were being used for nest materials. Since the car was going to be in the shop a few days and the car has 88,000 miles on it, the technician made other service recommendations (change out differential lubricant, clean out fuel injectors, replace several light bulbs I didn’t know were out). I had all the recommendations completed and fuel lines replaced. I’m very happy with the service provided, the Subaru brand and knowing my car has several more years on the road. More
