I am not happy with my Mazda CX 50. I had pictures and videos of all those signals. Hence, I brought it to the service department, but no time was available to handle my situation. Seems like all the engine lights came on (brakes system, AWD, everything off /disabled) are normal issues to you guys. Were you concerned about customer safety? I scheduled my service (2nd time), and brought the vehicle in; the tech checked and did not find anything and kept stating that because I had my dash cam plugged in, it caused an issue again. All engine lights came on again the second week of having my Mazda CX 50 (week of April 4th). So, I had to return the 3rd time with the same issues, plus all my windows could not roll up. I could not leave my car outside. So, I had to dro off the car there and got a loaner a day later. Nicole at the service department was really helpful that is for sure. My only concern is did the tech do their job over there? Because I kept hearing that my dashcam was part of the issue. I bought a CX 90 - a week after CX 50 with a dashcam plugged in and no issues. I went home and filed a complaint/ opened a case on Mazdausa.com because I could not stand for this. Someone contacted the service department at Metro Mazda Mesquite. After so many times, back and forth, they found out and told me it was not my dashcam issue. It was a rear supply unit that seemed to wiggle loose and disconnected. So, my question is, the tech should have checked everything carefully in the first place, shouldn't they? Or do they just want to check off the list and let the customer drive the vehicle that has already had an issue for two weeks? More
